Role 1: Full-time (40 hours/week) Mild/Moderate Resource Teacher across two elementary schools. This position starts October 5th and extends through the end of the school year. Role 2: Part-time (1 day/8 hours per week) Mild/Moderate Resource Teacher at a single elementary, available for immediate start through year-end.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential (Mild/Moderate)
- Experience serving elementary-age students with mild to moderate learning differences
- Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
- Passion for creating inclusive, supportive classrooms and collaborating with other educators
- Outstanding communication abilities with students, families, and staff
- Adaptable approach and commitment to student success
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction to meet individualized student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
