Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with students who have a range of disabilities and individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Familiarity with current instructional strategies, behavioral management, and assistive technology
- Collaborative mindset, ready to work alongside general education teachers and related service providers
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored instruction aligned with students' IEPs and learning goals
- Assess student progress regularly and update educational plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with parents or guardians about student growth
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student performance and services provided
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and development
- Provide modifications and accommodations to facilitate student learning and independence
