- Skills in case management (caseload approximately 25 students)

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to middle-school learners
- Provide instructional support and accommodations to help each student succeed
- Manage a diverse caseload with attention to communication, compliance, and progress monitoring

- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to state/federal guidelines
