Responsibilities:
- Step in as needed to cover absences for both direct hire and contract Special Education Teachers
- Deliver engaging and supportive instruction based on established lesson plans, IEP goals, and individual student needs
- Collaborate with school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress, ensuring a safe and structured classroom atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administrators during coverage assignments
