Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with students, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Design differentiated instruction for students with a variety of learning and behavioral needs
- Assess student progress and adjust interventions as required to ensure growth
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff on student performance
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Utilize data-driven methods to inform instruction and support student development
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, ongoing professional development, and school initiatives
