Special Education Teacher - Swansea, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs and learning styles
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varied needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth
- Collaborate with team members to modify curriculum and assessments
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student achievement and challenges
