Virtual Special Education Teachers

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate virtual Special Education Teachers for multiple full-time openings in North Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. These opportunities are with supportive and collaborative school districts committed to student success.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Special Education teaching certification
- Experience in resource and/or self-contained settings preferred
- Experience teaching virtually across K-12
- Ability to differentiate instruction and provide individualized support
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct academic and functional instruction
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Ensure compliance with state and district special education requirements
