An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher proficient in teletherapy to support students through remote learning platforms. This role focuses on delivering specialized educational services to meet the diverse needs of learners requiring individualized attention and accommodations within a virtual setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.
- Conducting teletherapy sessions that engage students effectively while accommodating their learning styles.
- Collaborating with families, therapists, and other professionals to provide cohesive support.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies to ensure educational goals are achieved.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Certification or licensure in Special Education.
- Proven experience teaching special education students, preferably through teletherapy platforms.
