About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual special education instruction and support to students in New Hampshire
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide academic and behavioral support aligned with student goals
- Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Special Education Teaching license/certification required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field required
- Previous school-based special education experience preferred
- Virtual teaching or telepractice experience is a plus
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
