ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Exceptional Student Services (ESS) Teachers for full-time opportunities in Tempe, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a supportive educational team dedicated to helping students reach their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
Position Details:
• Full-time position
• 2026-2027 school year
• Pay: $35-$45/hour
• Multiple classroom and program opportunities available
• Caseloads and assignments based on experience and district needs
Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Qualifications:
• Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
• Active Arizona Teaching License
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous school-based or Special Education experience preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance
