Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Provide specialized academic and behavioral support to students with disabilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Adapt instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
Qualifications
- Active Idaho State Teaching Certificate Required
- Idaho Exceptional Child Certificate Required
- Special Education Endorsement Required
- Previous special education experience preferred
- Comfortable working with students with mild, moderate, severe, and medically fragile needs
- Comfortable assisting with toileting when necessary
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Assignment Details

- Students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade
- Caseloads may include students with a variety of disabilities and support needs
- Opportunities available across multiple educational settings
