Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Idaho State Teaching Certificate
  • Idaho Exceptional Child Certificate
  • Special Education Endorsement required
  • Previous experience with Emotional/Behavioral/Resource classrooms
  • Skilled supporting students with mild to severe and medically fragile disabilities
  • Comfortable with toileting assistance and team collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to K-12 students across a range of disabilities and severity
  • Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individualized needs
  • Work hands-on and onsite (no remote options)
  • Participate fully in IEP meetings, collaborate with general educators, and communicate with families
  • Support and assist with daily living activities as needed
