Qualifications:
- Idaho Exceptional Child Certificate (required)
- Idaho State Teaching Certificate (required)
- Special Education (SPED) Endorsement (required)
- Previous ERC (Emotional/Behavioral Regulation Classroom) experience preferred
- Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to assist with toileting and support a range of student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction to K-12 students with a mix of disabilities and severities
- Collaboratively develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster inclusive classroom environments and advocate for each student’s unique learning needs
- Track, measure, and communicate progress to families and educational partners
