Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with small groups and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pull-out sessions for small groups of students in 3rd–5th grades, using targeted strategies to address academic and behavioral goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, making accommodations and modifications as needed
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture
