- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Co-teach with general education teachers to modify instruction and ensure accessibility for students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Employ differentiated instructional practices to promote student achievement and social-emotional growth
- Regularly communicate with parents, staff, and related service providers to coordinate effective support strategies
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture and ongoing professional development
