Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting students with ASD and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, individualized instruction for students with ASD within a self-contained classroom
- Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and behavioral supports
- Foster a supportive learning atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
