Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification in Special Education, with appropriate licensure for middle grades
- Background in developing and implementing IEPs for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Experience supporting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth in a self-contained classroom
- Strong organizational skills and ability to individualize instruction and interventions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, support teams, and parents
