- Mandarin Chinese fluency highly valued but not mandatory
- Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration skills with parents, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialized instructional strategies tailored for early years students receiving learning support services
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and ancillary staff to ensure inclusive practices and optimal educational access
- Administer ongoing assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions based on student growth
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidance and best practices
