Qualifications:
- Michigan Special Education Certification (required)
- Experience with ASD population (preferred for ASD Program)
- Experience in behavioral/therapeutic classrooms (preferred for Therapeutic Program)
- Ability to work collaboratively in supportive team environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to elementary special education students (ASD or therapeutic focus)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary support teams (OT, PT, speech, social work)
- Partner with paraprofessionals to deliver the best student outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
