Special Education Teacher - Waterford, Wisconsin

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience teaching in special education, preferably at the elementary level
- Familiarity with the RISE Program or similar intervention/support frameworks
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and team members
- Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt instruction for a variety of learning needs
