Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 15 students, developing and updating IEPs tailored to each individual

- Monitor progress, document achievements, and participate in review meetings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians
- Utilize data-driven approaches to inform teaching strategies and interventions
