Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide classroom structure and behavioral support, promoting engagement and progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students regardless of disability
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and parents
- Document and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
