ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide leave coverage in a supportive school setting in West Bend, Wisconsin. Provide specialized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
Develop and implement appropriate instructional strategies
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
Participate in IEP meetings and parent communication
Provide classroom management and behavioral support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
Valid Wisconsin Special Education teaching license required
Previous school-based SPED experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to step into an established classroom and provide consistent support
