Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Valid special education teaching license/certification for Ohio
- Experience working with middle school students preferred

- Demonstrated skill in supporting social, emotional, and academic growth
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of 16 middle school students requiring special education services
- Develop and implement personalized education plans that address individual needs and strengths
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust instruction as needed
- Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
