What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Oregon Special Education (SPED) teaching license
- Experience serving K-12 student populations, with an understanding of a variety of disabilities and learning needs
- Up-to-date knowledge of state and district regulations, including documentation and IEP process

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and adapt lessons to meet the individual learning plans of students with diverse needs across K-12
- Create and modify IEPs in accordance with state and district requirements
- Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust instruction based on student performance
- Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and colleagues to coordinate wrap-around support for students
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education laws and guidelines
- Participate in district-provided trainings and professional development sessions
