Special Education Teacher | Worcester, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience working in special education, preferably with elementary-age students
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting students with diverse needs and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in the classroom
- Provide engaging, relevant instruction to meet the needs of 2nd and 3rd grade learners
- Adapt curriculum and instructional techniques based on student goals and progress
- Work closely with families and support teams to track and communicate student progress
- Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth
