Special Education Teacher - Anoka, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching license (required)
- Demonstrated experience teaching students with significant behavioral or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and student-centered support
- Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues, related service providers, and families
- Adaptability, patience, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instructional and behavioral interventions in a Setting 4 environment
