What We're Looking For:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience working with Setting 4 populations preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective classroom management techniques for supporting a range of disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Passion for cultivating positive relationships with students and families
- Comfort working with students from elementary through high school with intensive needs

Your Role Will Include:
- Creating and delivering instructional plans tailored to each student's learning and behavioral objectives
- Managing a Setting 4 caseload of students with the highest behavioral and academic support needs
- Maintaining ongoing communication with families, administrators, and related service professionals
- Documenting student progress toward IEP goals
- Utilizing evidence-based strategies and supports within a specialized classroom setting
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
- Supporting a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
