Your week will consist of 21 hours over a minimum of three days, with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Working with 7th–12th grade students, you'll deliver Specializedly Designed Instruction (SDI) tailored to individual needs, fostering meaningful progress and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License required
- Experience working with middle or high school students preferred
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and student growth
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide SDI in accordance with students’ individualized education plans (no IEP writing required)
- Conduct progress monitoring and regularly report on student outcomes
- Design creative instructional trials and differentiated student supports
