Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Special Education Teaching License and Certification (required)
- Willingness to undergo or current possession of fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Previous experience or passion for working with elementary-level students in a resource classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with educators, families, and specialists

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and support tailored to individual student IEPs within a resource room format (LRC1)
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet both academic and behavioral goals for each student

- Adapt materials and modify curriculum to meet diverse student learning styles and needs
