Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SPED license and ESA certificate (verification required)
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Experience or eagerness to work with young adults (ages 18-22) in a transition setting

- Willingness to complete the BIE adjudication process as part of onboarding
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and transition support to students in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ goals for independence and adult life
- Collaborate with staff and families to foster student success
- Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and maintain accurate records
