- Demonstrated skill in writing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Commitment to fostering a positive, nurturing classroom environment

- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to 3rd–5th grade students identified with autism

- Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members
