Special Education Teacher - Baldwin Park, California
New opportunity for dedicated educators: a full-time contract position is available for a Special Education Teacher with experience as a Case Manager, specializing in moderate to severe needs. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with moderate/severe disabilities
- Develop, manage, and implement IEPs tailored to each student
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Coordinate assessments, collect data, and maintain necessary documentation
- Serve as case manager for assigned students, facilitating meetings with families and service providers
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators
- Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
