Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont Special Educator licensure required
- Direct experience as a VT virtual SPED case manager
- Two supervisor references from previous virtual special education roles
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Capacity to work collaboratively with a small, focused support team
Responsibilities:
- Serve as remote case manager for 45 high school students in two grades
- Coordinate and lead IEP meetings and all related evaluations
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of IEPs while tracking progress
- Maintain consistent, weekly communication with staff and families
- Analyze academic and behavioral data for informed IEP decision-making
- Ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented as required
