Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade
- Provide both direct instructional support and behavioral interventions tailored to each child’s needs
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain detailed records on student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders
