What we’re seeking:
- Active California Education Specialist Credential (required)
- Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher or with special education caseloads preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Commitment to fostering a supportive atmosphere for students with diverse needs
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to students within an RSP setting
- Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain compliance with all state standards and documentation requirements
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as needed
