This itinerant position requires approximately 30 hours per week, providing services across several downtown-area schools. You’ll support two students in a K-8 environment, as well as four students rotating between a high school (9th/10th grades) and elementary school (4th/8th grades). Engaging in special education initiatives in such diverse settings will broaden your expertise and expose you to a variety of innovative teaching practices and leadership styles. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher credential/authorization (California-preferred)
- Previous experience working with students who require curriculum modifications and individualized assistance

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Inclusion Specialist, supporting students with special education needs in both group and 1:1 formats
- Implement and adapt curriculum based on IEP and student goals
- Provide direct, hands-on support in downtown K-8 and rotating 4th/8th and 9th/10th grade settings
- Collaborate with classroom educators, administrators, and families
