Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction, adapting lessons for both individual and small group student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers in co-taught settings for grades 3-4, and 7-8
- Manage individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor progress toward educational goals and communicate outcomes to families and staff
- Promote inclusion and actively engage students in a positive school community
- Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and parent conferences as required
