We’re looking for a Special Education Teacher to join an elementary school team in Braintree, MA. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating individualized learning experiences, building strong relationships with students, and working alongside a team to help every child succeed.

What You’ll Do
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on student learning needs
Implement students’ IEPs and track progress toward established goals
Create engaging lessons that accommodate different learning styles and abilities
Establish a welcoming classroom environment that encourages student participation
Identify areas of academic or behavioral growth and adjust instruction accordingly
Maintain student records, progress notes, and other required documentation
Work closely with classroom teachers, specialists, administrators, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input regarding student progress
Encourage students to develop independence, confidence, and essential academic skills
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
Massachusetts teaching licensure/certification
Elementary school experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
