Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges

- Differentiate instruction and utilize adaptive strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional development
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
- Participate fully in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional growth to enhance student outcomes
