Early Childhood Special Education Teacher - Camden Wyoming, DE

Qualifications:
- Valid Early Childhood (Birth-2nd grade) Special Education Certification
- Demonstrated experience with preschool-aged children (2-5) who have disabilities, including but not limited to autism and developmental delays
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in special education
- Ability to cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction aligned with IEPs for students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans and interventions
- Track and report student progress, maintaining compliance with educational standards and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and fellow educators to optimize student outcomes
- Create classroom environments that promote comfort, safety, and meaningful learning
- Employ adaptive strategies and materials to engage and support each student’s abilities
