Starting in August 2026 and lasting through May 2027, you’ll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid and current Early Childhood Special Education Certification (Birth–2nd grade)
- Demonstrated experience working with preschool students (ages 2–5) with disabilities, including Autism and Developmental Delays
- Understanding of early intervention best practices and strategies for individualized instruction
- Ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments tailored to diverse student needs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner with families, colleagues, and support staff
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement effective lesson plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for early learners
- Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet each child’s unique learning and developmental needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students
- Foster positive, nurturing classroom environments that encourage developmental growth
- Engage in ongoing communication with families to support student progress and involvement
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
