- Caseload of 10 students within a third-grade special education classroom

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary-age students, preferably in a special education setting
- Strong grasp of developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction aligned with the general education curriculum, modified for individual student needs
- Maintain and monitor individualized education plans for each student
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Track and report student progress, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Create an environment that encourages student participation, growth, and independence
