Special Education Teacher - Chesnee, South Carolina

- Skilled at developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Compassion, patience, and creativity in meeting various learning needs
What You’ll Do:
- Provide targeted academic and behavioral instruction to students with diverse learning needs in a resource classroom
- Design and implement individualized lesson plans to foster growth and achievement
- Regularly assess student progress, adjusting strategies and supports as needed
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other educational professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with all state guidelines and school procedures
