Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and provide case management for up to 14 students
- Develop, write, and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct ongoing progress monitoring to ensure students meet their goals
- Attend and actively participate in meetings with colleagues, parents, and related service providers
- Foster an inclusive learning environment tailored to students’ diverse needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification in Special Education required
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
