Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification with Early Childhood Intervention focus
- Demonstrated experience working with PreK or early elementary students
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, paraprofessionals, and related services staff
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Dedication to fostering growth, inclusion, and independence in every child
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction using evidence-based practices for PreK students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with General Education Teachers, therapists, and support staff to create nurturing classrooms
- Track student progress, update IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Incorporate engaging learning strategies tailored to every learner’s goals and interests
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment that celebrates each child’s achievements
