Responsibilities:

- Assess and report student progress, making modifications to instruction as needed
- Maintain accurate records, including IEP documentation and reports for district/state compliance

- Manage classroom behavior by implementing evidence-based interventions
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s special education initiatives
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Kansas Special Education teaching license (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Experience working with high school students with diverse learning needs preferred
