Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs

- Employ direct instruction and positive behavioral strategies
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student developments
