- Experience supporting students in self-contained classrooms, particularly those with adaptive, academic, or physical needs
- Adaptive Special Education Certification, specifically for Autism Level 3 instruction (elementary)
- Certification for Special Education General Curriculum (middle school)
- Demonstrated ability to implement individualized education plans and deliver adaptive curriculum
- Compassion, resilience, and creativity in addressing diverse learning needs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration talents
Core Responsibilities:
- Guide self-contained classes for students with Autism and related needs, providing direct instruction, care, and positive behavior support
