- Strong understanding of behavioral and sensory intervention strategies
- Compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach to teaching
- Ability to assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, as needed

- Support students with communication, social, and emotional development goals
- Implement adaptive strategies and technology, including AAC devices
- Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

- Provide supervision and assist with daily living activities
